John Graham, the CEO and chairman of Integrity Applications, which makes the non-invasive blood sugar measurement device GlucoTrack, has stepped down from his posts for “personal reasons,” according to a release from the company. David Podwalski, Integrity’s chief commercial officer, has been appointed CEO, president, and director during the interim, while Graham will be on hand to “ensure a smooth transition with ongoing projects and relationships.

Podwalski has spent more than 20 years of leadership experience in the industry, and previously served at Ernst & Young, Aventis Pharmaceuticals, and Lantus.

“I have worked side by side with John Graham for the better part of the last 20 years and together we have launched life-changing diabetic solutions,” Podwalski said in a statement. “We are enormously grateful for John’s contribution to the company for the last year and half and wish him well. I am excited about my new role and for the opportunities that lie ahead of us. I look forward to making GlucoTrack a household name in diabetes care.”

Former Anthem President Jimmy Lee has joined the board of diabetes coaching platform Fit4D in a strategic advisory position. In the announcement, David Weingard, founder and CEO of Fit4D, said that the company is looking forward to leveraging Lee’s “extensive experience and expertise” in sales, profit and loss management, marketing and consumerism, among other areas.

Enterprise telehealth provider SnapMD has appointed Deric Frost as its new chief revenue officer. Frost, the cofounder of eVisit, has a history of leadership in the startup and SaaS healthcare landscape, and was called upon by SnapMD to support its scaling efforts.
